Seeing just about 50% growth in the second half of 2014 they are looking forward to much more growth in 2015.

They are looking to hire several Maintenance Tech's for all 3 shifts out of their facility in Bristol.

DUTIES
oDiagnose and repair various equipment
oFabricate equipment
oRebuild tools
oRead and interpret test equipment
oCalipers
oWork with production to correct quality problems as well as continuous improvement projects
oRequired to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties upon request of the supervisor
oComplies with the following OSHA Safety Standards: Hazard Communication; Bloodborne Pathogens; Lockout; Permit Required Confined Space; Hot Work Permit; Powered Industrial Trucks; P.P.E. and Ergonomics
oWhen necessary, participate in classes and training seminars to learn new technologies and techniques deemed helpful to performance on the job


CLIMATE
Works in a seasonally fast paced environment under minimum supervision. Routine responsibilities and duties involve the use of various procedures and the application of clearly prescribed standards of practice, requiring the use of good judgment. Must work with a high degree of accuracy.


DUTIES
oDiagnose and repair various equipment
oDiagnose and repair various equipment such as production melting, die casters, trim presses, x-rays, heat-treat ovens, conveyance systems, CNC machines, rotary dials, transfer lines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

oFabricate equipment
oFabrication of equipment including drill presses, metal breaks, plasma/acetylene torch, arc welders (vert./horz.), and mig welders.

oRebuild Tools
oRebuild gearboxes, spindles, and drill units.

oRead and interpret test equipment
oRead and interpret test equipment such as micrometers.

oCalipers
oWork with production to correct quality problems as well as continuous improvement on projects.
oCalipers, as well as perform ball bar tests.
oResolve quality issues in a timely, safe manor.
