Job Description:
APC is seeking an Implementation Manager for a positon in York, SC.
Nuclear Civil Implementation Manager with 10
years' experience in Nuclear Station Construction, Maintenance, or Projects preferably involved with implementation with experience in supervision and/or management.
Individual will be assigned to the Catawba Major Projects (CMP), with responsibility for providing oversight to the implementation of the civil and lifting and rigging work activities on various projects including trenching, digging, and heavy lift/rigging activities.
Job Requirements:
Education: (Desired) High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of the use of PC and software applications such as MS office application proficiency.
Basic knowledge of the use of the CNS Work Management System and WOTA process.
Extensive knowledge of Station Directives, OSHA Standards regarding civil and lifting/rigging activities at operating nuclear facilities.
Extensive knowledge of trenching and lifting/rigging procedures and specifications.
Knowledge of project estimating, budgeting, planning, task duration.
Ability to work effectively in a project team environment.
Proven ability to provide leadership to the project team; anticipate problems and advise team on planned recoveries.
Ability to obtain a nuclear security clearance - Candidate will need to be Rad worker trained and possess the ability to gain a nuclear access badge.
Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and teamwork skill with ability to maximize the project results using a network of teammates.
Candidate demonstrates satisfactory written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues to project teammates with varying degrees of knowledge.
Candidate must be a self-starter and action oriented and is comfortable in working in processes that are broadly defined and require minimal supervision. -
