Proficiency in windows-based word processing and spreadsheets, specifically Microsoft Office

High School graduate or some college preferred
Professional attitude and willingness to work together with a team towards common goals
Administrative assistance to Credit Administration Department ( SCO, CO, CBA's and Credit Support).
Scan completed loan packages into the Synergy Imaging System as well as index other documentation that is to be scanned on a daily basis.
Type various documents, letters, memoranda, forms, and reports utilizing Word and Excel.
Coordinate delivery of documentation to Legal Counsel for preparation of Loan documentation packages.
Review loan documents and other portfolio management functions (such as collateral maintenance, prepare supporting documents such as fee statements etc). book loans generated by the Relationship Managers in the team
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
Assist with tracking and updating requirements in LQAS to include financial statement tracking, collateral and credit exceptions. Will also coordinate reporting with Relationship Managers to assist with clearing exceptions.
Perform additional duties as required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
