Capstone Corporation is currently seeking an Operations Officer to support Joint Staff J7 Military Secretariat (MILSEC) Resources and Acquisition Management Office (RAMO), located in Suffolk, VA.
Develops, prepares and manages an integrated program schedule including monitoring the budget, labor usage, and resource availability.
Coordinates resources and personnel across task orders.
Develops and maintains program management plans for task orders and the program as a whole.
Performs quality assurance function for the contract.
Reviews and tracks scheduled reports to insure on-time delivery with appropriate time for review by either the program manager or deputy program manager prior to submission.
Minimum education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree.
Two (2) years related work experience.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Proven ability to manage resources related to projects for MILSEC.
Ability to direct appropriate resources to support quality measurements for projects.
Technical ability to support project management, including knowledge of required systems, hardware, and software.
Clearance:
Final DoD Secret clearance.
