Sales Professional - Actuators - Houston, TX - Direct Hire
Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is offering an excellent opportunity to join the team of one of our top North Houston, TX clients.
Are you an expert in actuator sales in the North, Central and South American regions? If so, we need to speak ASAP! I have an opportunity for you to join an international company as their Actuator Sales Representative. This position does not require a road warrior, but instead someone who is skilled at building long term relationships and has experience working with some of the major Oil and Gas clients in the Houston area.
Position Overview:
One of the first things that this person will be expected to do in the US market, is to get the company get qualified by all the Majors (Exxon, Chevron, etc) and start getting the attention of the main EPC's (KBR, Fluor, etc).
This is expected to take 2 or 3 years to bring to completion.
In Central and South America, the main goal will be to set up a network of agents, territory by territory.
Requirements:
An experienced sales person that: 1) has a strong technical background and understands actuators; 2) has worked for an actuator manufacturer before moving into a sales or technical position; 3) has a good updated understanding of who makes the decisions of qualifying a new vendor within the Majors (Exxon and similar) and knows how to get their foot in the door.
This person will manage his/her own time and must be able to accomplish these goals without direct oversight.
Highly responsible and mature.
Ability and desire to travel to the different territories to set up network of agents.
Will report directly to the President of the company and will be in contact with the Sales Director of another division, located in Italy.
