Position Summary
This position will be working closely with functional and technical teams to design and develop technical solutions in the CMU Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and facilitating subject matter experts in functional areas to define business requirements and data elements for CRM processes and workflows. The position will also be defining specifications for CRM interfaces with the CMU Web sites, SAP, and other CMU systems as well as translating business requirements into CRM processes, workflows, and data conversions and assisting with CRM support, security, permissions, testing, training, documentation and peer review processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of 4 years education and experience; preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
3 years of increasingly responsible professional work experience; preferably in fields of business analysis, computer science, information systems, or information technology
Demonstrated project management and implementation experience.
Experience working with end users and IT staff.
Experience working in systems analysis and development, software applications and database systems.
Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
Experience working with systems development methodology.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent, effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to meet constant, competing, and multiple deadlines.
Demonstrated positive interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
5 years of increasingly responsible work experience of a qualifying nature.
Experience working with SAP.
Prior work experience in higher education environment.
Experience in software applications and database systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify, analyze and document business requirements and data elements for functional areas across Central Michigan University.
Define specifications for CRM interface with CMU Web sites, SAP, and other CMU systems.
Translate business requirements and specifications into CRM processes and workflows.
Define and coordinate data feeds and system interfaces with CMU systems.
Develop testing, user training, disaster recovery plans, and ongoing change request processes to maintain and enhance the CRM.
Collaboratively solve business issues that impact the ability to deliver project goals.
Administer the execution of unit, system, and integration testing.
Document and test system procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Manage CRM security and permissions.
Function as a CRM peer reviewer and subject matter expert.
Complete all other duties as assigned.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
