Recruiting, developing, and motivating both hourly and salaried team members
Providing initial and ongoing personnel training and development
Improving patient and staff food service satisfaction
Executing programs and processes to increase retail revenue
Elevating customer satisfaction and customer relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience managing 10 or more employees
Working knowledge of computer applications
College degree preferred, but not necessary
Bi-lingual (a plus)
Relocation flexibility (a plus)
CDM certification preferred.
