Combine business thinking, analytical skills and technical expertise to provide information analysis and support for Financial Lines operation strategic objective.
Collaborate with functional teams including underwriting, system and finance to implement strategic changes and business solutions.
Define, measure and recommend process improvements as part of an overall plan to transform the way things are done today.
Define and analyze the cost of discreet process streams in order to improve the financial and operational position of the business.
Develop business cases and financial analysis for new strategic initiatives.
Gather and track new initiatives and map them against the strategic objectives for the business.
Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, IT and Training department to implement business solutions.
Rationalize all work process development and projects/initiatives against the Target Operating Model designed for the business.
Map end-to-end business processes; Create, define and document business requirements, functional details and workflows; Investigate and analyze effectiveness of business and/or system flow, processes, procedures, structures, arrangements; Recommend improvements to optimize.
Support all phases of the life cycle of a project from design to deployment.

Previous experience using various BPR- Business Process Reengineering, TQM- Total Quality Management or Six Sigma tools and methodologies is advantageous
