In this Inside Sales Representative role, you will focus on maximizing each customer order in terms of volume of product and price to ensure the equipment is delivered on time and the customer is impressed with the services.
In this role, you will work with customers to sell and facilitate rental equipment agreements. You will negotiate the original order, maximize rate and volume, and obtain full details of the customer. You will also check customers' accounts or obtain credit application for new customers.
Additional responsibilities include:
Finalizing details about when, where, and what equipment is required
Checking availability of equipment with shop
Recording details of call in phone log
Processing cash rentals, completing identity checks, obtaining prepayment and deposit if required, checking to see if additional equipment is on rent to customer
Organizing transportation (i.e., coordinating deliveries and collection) and optimizing the use of transport
Accurately inputting rental contracts and administration of rental contracts
Performing amendments, suspensions (ensuring prompt collection of equipment), and terminations (ensuring all ancillary charges are made)
Checking invoices and credit memos against contract files
Acting as a liaison for marketing in respect to product promotions and frequent renter programs
Maintaining lost rent logs
To qualify for this role as an Inside Sales Representative, you must be able to communicate effectively with management and customers.
Additional requirements of the Inside Sales Representative include:

years of rental industry experience, /preferred/
Valid driver's license
Ability to read and follow instructions
Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, reach, crouch, and kneel
