# Inventory Control Analyst (Lindon)
Vivint Supply Chain is looking for a self-motivated individual who under the direction of the Inventory Control Supervisor will help lead and motivate the inventory control team and plan and organize best practices regarding accuracy of inventory count within the distribution center. This candidate must have a high attention to detail and have a very good grasp on multiple facets of Excel utilizing pivot tables, v-lookups and other organizational formulas. This individual is specifically serving as a sentinel for the team to help pin point inaccuracies/variances in cycle count postings. They must have a keen eye and ability to organize and analyze collected data into easily disseminated and actionable information. This person must be capable of leading effectively with clear and concise communication with co-workers and superiors, thus increasing accuracy and awareness in inventory control.

Required Skills
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for all aspects of inventory including; accuracy of inventory transfers, adjustments, receiving, storage, picking, packing, processing and cycle counting.
Establish and publish performance measurements to monitor, and improve warehouse performance.
Have prior experience with warehouse management systems and processes including Receiving, Shipping, and Shop Floor.
Demonstrate an understating of Lean, APICS and/or 6-Sigma principles.
Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new lean principles and 5S programs to improve efficiencies and quality.
Communicate effectively between cross functional teams and leadership.
Develop Inventory Control and warehouse staff by training and continuous improvement programs.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Dynamics GP, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Visio.
Required Skills:
1 - 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Excellent communications skills, including problem solving and team motivation.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Some college experience preferred.
APICS, Lean, or Six Sigma certification a plus.
