The National Accounts Support Specialist is expected to provide support and follow up on quotations, maintain pricing records, and be responsible for quality and performance tracking with large national account customers. The candidate is expected to be a liaison and foster positive working relationships between customers and plants. The job requires analysis, use of initiative and independent judgment. The candidate is expected to be knowledgeable about the network and capabilities. They will be expected to be a team player and have a can-do attitude to ensure we meet tight deadlines.
Responsible for providing the necessary support to profitably grow customer base by providing unparalleled customer support and fostering positive working relationships between all stakeholders involved in developing, maintaining and growing our national account business. This will be achieved through ongoing customer service and support, assisting with RFPs and RFIs, creating customized presentations and bringing all of the resources of the network to bear to ensure best possible outcomes.
1. Manage and maintain price lists for large national accounts.
2. Manage and maintain quality and performance tracking for large national accounts.
3. Key liaison for routing and following-up with plants on quotation requests.
4. Provide support on RFPs and RFIs for local and national customers.
5. Run monthly sales reports for customers and plants for sales performance tracking.
6. Create high quality customized customer presentations leveraging advanced PowerPoint skills.
7. Research current and relevant information on PCA prospects/customers
1. Education equivalent to a Bachelor s degree required.
2. A minimum of two years work experience in a Customer Service/Sales Support environment.
3. High level of competence with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Willingness and ability to learn new software packages.
5. Strong math and sales analysis skills.
6. Ability to prepare and ensure the highest quality of written correspondence with attention to style, content and structure.
7. Service and goal oriented. Support cohesive team dynamics and environment. Good listener and effective problem solver.
8. Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
9. Exhibit a professional and positive demeanor with a high degree of commitment.
10. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritizing assignments, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
11. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
