Sales Professional - Special Alloy Bars - Houston, TX - Direct Hire
Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is offering an excellent opportunity to join the team of one of our clients in North Houston.
Are you an enthusiastic and energetic salesperson looking for an opportunity to join a highly successful team in an international company? Do you have experience in sales of steel? This position requires a road warrior, who will be traveling to locations in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. The company provides a company car and mobile tools along with great benefits and a competitive salary package that includes 401K and bonuses.
Duties:
Travel to steel bar distributors in Texas, Oklahoma in Louisiana.
This person will mainly be calling on small companies of 80 people or less.
Will have to maintain the company's current relationship with local forge masters that are currently buying ingots from the company.
It would help if this person worked previously in a distributor in either a purchasing or sales role.
Will also support the President of the company in his work of getting qualified by the Majors (Exxon, Chevron and so on) and the down hole companies (Halliburton, Schlumberger , etc.).
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the President of the company and will be in constant communication with the Sales Director that is located in Italy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Previous experience working for a steel distributor would be ideal work experience
2 to 5
years of experience
Ability to self-manage while on the road
Ability to travel
Clean driving record
