Purpose of the Job
The role of the Commercial Low Voltage Installer is to ensure and perform a successful sound masking installation in the commercial environment in both new construction and existing spaces. This role will also contribute to the success of customer satisfaction with each project installation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform Installations
1. Perform high quality Installation of LogiSon sound masking system in commercial sites (new construction and existing)
2. Ensure responsibility of product, tools and equipment utilized to perform job functions.
3. Perform mandatory safety protocol and jobsite parameters.
4. Communicate urgent/complex situations and the need for assistance and/or guidance to your department manager.
Product Tuning /Trouble Shooting
5. Perform quality tunings of sound masking system at the completion of the installation.
6. Proactively perform trouble-shooting, as needed, at the job site.
Documentation
7. Ensure each job installation details are accurately recorded and communicated in a timely manner to project coordinator with the installation recap documentation after each project.
8. Perform weekly inventory reports for your designated territory and supply.
9. Perform weekly van maintenance report and update.
10. Responsible for collecting original work receipts and filling out necessary credit card summary form monthly.
Ongoing Training and Safety:
11. Responsible for ongoing participate of schedule team safety training and meetings.
12. Participate in ongoing positional training and opportunity for promotion to higher installer levels as warranted.
Communicate with Team
13. Demonstrate excellence in communication and interaction with other department teams.
Serve Our Clients
14. Perform, manage and ensure all aspects of installation are at the highest level of quality for customer satisfaction.
15. Collaborate with all departments in anticipation of issues or escalated inquiries, concerns or complaints to resolve and support.

1. High customer satisfaction with entire installation experience.
2. Great to work with and collaborates and communicates with team members .
3. Completes all documentation necessary in their role.
4. Meets installation goals and budget expectations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
1. Current and Clean California drivers license & evidence of current automobile liability insurance.
2. Required:
Strong Integrity and loyalty
Pre-employment DRUG SCREENINGS and periodic and random drug screening per our client's requirements.
Demonstrate positive high energy
Strong working knowledge of standard office equipment and instruments (e.g. computer, scanner, fax machine, business communication systems).
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
Strong communications skills and able to speak, read and write in English (written and verbal), demonstrated ability to collaborate well with others and maintain a positive, client-oriented approach.
Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing circumstances and needs.
Flexible to travel based on company needs (day trips-driving and overnight travel )
Flexible to perform job with flexible hours including off hours (evenings/ some weekends)
3. Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in high places using ladders or scissor lifts: up to 25 feet high
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to maneuver in crawl spaces and other confined spaces
Perform repetitive overhead tasks
Perform and operate hand tools at all angles, such as a HILTI gun
4. Preferred:
a. Knowledge of sound masking speakers, AV or Low voltage or electrical installation fields.
b. Knowledge of AutoCAD and read basic floor plans.
5. Education
c. High school degree and AA college degree or more preferred.
6. Experience
d. Three to seven years Low voltage and commercial construction experience gained in a high-growth and fast paced organization.
