Role and Responsibilities
Associate Software Developers at ArdentMC can expect to work with cutting edge technologies with a focus on complete component area of large government information technology projects. Component areas may include front end/user interface, back end, database or other technology areas. This focus allows the Associate Software Developer to enhance their skills and acquire experience with the software stack and methodologies used at ArdentMC. A Sr. or Lead developer at ArdentMC mentors each Associate Software Developer.
ArdentMC provides each Associate Software Developer with a wide spectrum of tools and libraries to ensure success, while also investing in the Associate Software Developer's professional development. Training opportunities are available, and employee-directed training can be reimbursed to provide ongoing sharpening and development of employee skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
