Function:
Within approved policies and guidelines, plans, organizes, directs and controls all operations in the maintenance cost center to maximize quality, delivery and manufacturing profit and ensure a safe working environment. High school education or equivalent desired with continuing education and 5 years manufacturing experience required including supervisory management skills to perform the job. 8 years minimum previous maintenance experience is required.
Relationship (Report To) - Plant Manager
Supervision (Directly Supervises) - Entire plant maintenance staff
Responsibilities (Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:)
Uses appropriate techniques to reduce material, labor and overheadEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
