Summary
Our Operations Manager LV II is responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for one functional area of our Production and Fulfillment Center. Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations Managers LV I, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength.
Essential Functions
Will set and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers. Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds Ops Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
Works closely with support staff (People Operations, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.
Leverages the Operations Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas, and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.
Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the organization.
Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluatingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
