Talent Team Coordinator
Are you looking to start your career in Human Resources? We are rapidly scaling and looking to add a Talent Team Coordinator to our team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, this role will be an important bridge between Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Operations.
This role will be responsible for:
Managing our new hire onboarding experience. This includes:
Ensuring critical new hire documents are initiated and completed.
Managing the bi-weekly New Hire Orientation program and related events.
Initiating the internal new hire set-up process, including employee record creation, maintaining employee files, benefits and HRIS administration, and new hire set-up procedures.
Providing administrative support for the Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Business Partner teams.
Providing Reception coverage.
Other projects as needed.
Ideal
Qualifications:
Associates degree with a focus on Human Resources, Bachelor degree with HR intern experience preferred or Associates degree with 1-2 years of HR support experience.
A love for details, order, and working through your To-Do list
A process and process improvement orientation.
A willingness and genuine interest in being service and support oriented
Practical experience with office productivity software (ideally Microsoft suite, especially Excel)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
