Job Description:
The Recruitment Specialist works 25-40 hours per week (40 hours a week is NOT guaranteed) and assists in managing and supporting the exempt/professional staffing process, from identifying the sourcing strategy through the on-boarding process for the successful candidate.
Attends scoping calls, posts positions, identifies sourcing channels for recruiting qualified candidates
Source and interview qualified candidates for exempt / professional staff in multiple locations throughout the United States
Leverage diversity recruiting strategies with other company-wide diversity activities
Ensure Applicant Tracking System is updated with quality data to comply with OFCCP regulations / Maintain requisition files
Ensure the staffing process is timely and effective
Submit and review results of pre-employment assessments, background checks and pre-employment medical exams
Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, policies, process, and regulatory issues.
Drive the process and see things through to conclusion.
Qualifications:
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must have strong attention to detail and be highly organized
Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience
Ability to think logically and work independently
Flexibility to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Must be persistent in following up to obtain information from various sources
Education Required: BS degree required.
Experience Required: 3
years of HIGH VOLUME professional recruiting experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00AM to 12:00 PM
Length of Assignment: Contract (12 months)
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Company Specialization: Chemical/ Petrochemical
Location: Beachwood, OHEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
