KOL Engagement Assistant (Madison, NJ)

The KOL Engagement Assistant is responsible for tracking information and maintaining KOL Engagement systems. This position supports the KOL Engagement team to ensure that all related data and materials are captured, tracked and stored appropriately.

Responsibilities:
Follow up to confirm program completions; track and procure enduring materials
Upload materials to and maintain accuracy of GMA SharePoint site
Upload materials to and maintain accuracy of KOL Connect
Traffic CDAs from initiation to countersignature and filing
Maintain CDA tracker; prompting follow ups as needed
Maintain finance tracker, prompting follow ups as needed
Support Engage work as delegate
Provide logistical research support for Advisory Board meetings
Enter information into Starcite accurately and promptly
Generate metrics on KOL Engagement team activities by keeping accurate records on types and numbers of activities
Collaborate with Procurement and Legal around the execution of statements of work and contracting with vendors and KOLs.
Track publications in Datavision and prompt follow ups as needed
Create and manage POs for vendors

Qualifications:
Associates Degree
Minimum of 5
years of work experience that demonstrates proactive organizational skills and the ability to coordinate significant volume of information with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
