In the Registration Representative position the incumbent will process the registration / administration function for each patient entering the health care organization according to the policies of the hospital.
Requirements
Basic requirements for the Registration Representative position include:
- High School Diploma.
- Typing 35 wpm and proficient PC keyboard skills.
- Ability to operate embosser, imprinter, photocopy and printer machine, CRT and any other admitting equipment.
- Basic medical terminology awareness.
- Knowledge of health insurance including previous experience with Managed Care requirements.
- Ability to solve problems and professionally communicate with the company members as well as its clients.
