The Security Department includes a centralized team that manages enterprise security risk, as well as security teams that are embedded within business critical departments to ensure they are secure.
Position
Summary:
The Data and Reporting Consultant role is part of an analytics team within the Security Operations group. The consultant is responsible for building data feeds, repositories, transformations, reports, and dashboards.
This role focusses on KPIs and auditing within the security operations space. The Data and Reporting Consultant will need to understand and build reports and dashboards according to a vision outlined by the team lead with a high degree of independence, and should use their expertise to call out opportunities to improve designs.
Responsibilities Include:
Create metrics, dashboards, and reports on how security is running and how security risk is managed
Set up and maintain reporting infrastructure; Develop maintenance and support processes
Identify opportunities for better solutions
Document and ensure users understand how to use systems
Act in accordance with security rules and best practices; call out risks
