Branch Manager will coach and supervise performance of teammates to meet and exceed sales and growth goals and objectives. The incumbent will take part in the Customer Relationship of the bank Profitability Management Program (CRPM) by determining needs of the customer and refer to other lines of business such as Mortgage, investment, Insurance, Small Business, and Commercial Lending as required. The qualified applicant will be required for cooperating with the Market Manager in regards to the Performance Management cycle for all branch teammates. In addition, this individual will ensure that policies and procedures set by the Bank are followed by all teammates. (i.e. Over and Short Policy, New Account Opening Guidelines, Hold Policy, Check Cashing Guidelines, Overdraft Guidelines).
Requirements
1-3 years of retail banking experience

Bachelor's degree
