ABOUT THE JOB
This position is for a self-starter willing to learn multiple facets of our business within the engineering sector of the company. The successful candidate will work closely with our customers and production facilities performing product qualification assurance. Some light domestic travel may be required along with possible International travel to our manufacturing facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Root Cause and Yield Analysis -
- Document RMAs and reporting results for product trend analysis.
- Create and maintain a yield analysis for new and existing products.
- Provide written technical reports describing analysis results and conclusions.
- Perform and guide methodical bench testing and analysis of RMAs to find root cause of problems.
Inbound/Outbound Product Evaluation -
- Maintain test procedures and worksheet guidelines.
- Manage product quality assurance for inbound/outbound schedules.
- Communicate outbound standards and procedures with manufacturing facilities.
Documentation Control -
- Writing detailed technical reports for customers and internal use.
- Interface with engineering and manufacturing personnel on product specification corrections or changes.
Standards and Audits -
- Perform supplier and manufacturing audits.
- Assist and coordinate RoHS and ISO annual re-certification process.
REQUIREMENTS
-BSEE degree or higher.
-Minimum 1-2 years of related experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organizational skills, capable of completing tasks with limited supervision.
-Software programming knowledge of Assembler or C++.
-Unwavering attention to detail and persistent follow up is essential.
-Must be able to read schematics and have a good working knowledge of electronics theory.
-Debug and troubleshoot PC Boards and Electronic Systems.
-Prototype and develop test fixtures and demo equipment.
EXPERIENCE
-Experience with LCD, VFD, OLED or TFT display technologies is a plus.
-Knowledge of PHP website programming is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
