BI Analyst - Major Healthcare Nonprofit!
Our Boston client is a world-renowned nonprofit at the forefront of medical research, education and patient care. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team.
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will focus on creating reports to support our client. The right candidate will be comfortable working with the business team to develop report requirements. They must also have strong experience with at least 1 BI tool, Jaspersoft or Business Objects preferred. An analytical mindset, good technical skills and an outgoing personality are a must.

Responsibilities
Analyze business problems and processes and to determine information needs
Make recommendations and translate recommendations to requirements
Utilize strong SQL querying knowledge to perform data analysis to develop and maintain reports to support business needs
Support the conversion of reports to new BI platform and maintain reports inventory
Act as project lead when appropriate and follow the project management lifecycle
Train users on applications, business processes, and related topics
Ability to be flexible, versatile and adaptable in day-to-day activities
Manage workload and competing priorities
Qualifications
Minimum 5 or more years experience in business systems analysis, Analyics or similar role
Proven track record with prior experience working in a complex systems environment
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Experience creating Business Objects Reports, JasperReports, iReports, or comparable tools
Strong communication skills and proven ability to work with staff at all levels
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Project
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
