The Shipping Clerk will perform a variety of clerical duties to ensure work flow.
DUTIES:
Work with Shipping, Receiving, I.C. and purchasing and warehouse teams as the liaison between team leaders and team members.
Release and maintain work/ order schedules for all Store orders.
Communicates with transportation team and Stores to keep them updated of any important information, schedules and changes.
Maintain shipping information and trackers in the warehouse's order management system.
Print selection labels and release work into voice selection (where in use), print pallet tags for receiving.
Assist with ordering, receiving, and shipping clerical systems.
Verify bills of lading match Purchase Orders and make necessary edits.
Monitor workflow to ensure loads dispatch in a timely manner.
Notify buyers and leadership of any issues including changes to scheduled appointments; maintain appointment logs with vendors and/or carrier.
Log and track productivity information.
Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Answer phones and perform general office work.
Comply with all applicable health and safety codes.
Create and spread sheets as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduate or GED
Ability to work well with others
Effective oral and written communication, must read, write and speak English
Accuracy
Self-motivated
EXCEL and WORD efficient.
Ability to communicate and work well with others as part of a team.
Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the Distribution Center, including working late, nights and weekends as required.
xEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
