Job Overview

The successful candidate will, under general direction, conduct business and systems analysis, manage feature scope, lead software and process design changes, and generate application documentation. The Business Analyst will work directly work with clients to gather requirements, and be the technical liaison between the software development team and business customers.
Lead business and technical analysis sessions to support new development efforts to meet current and projected business needs.
Quickly understand business issues and data challenges as related to clients' organization and industry.
Provide expertise on system capabilities/limitations as related to business goals.
Prepare impact and opportunity assessments regarding the cost/benefit of proposed projects.
Align stakeholders on business requirements, system requirements, program functions and strategy.
Prepare use cases and formal requirements documentation.
Drive the implementation of technology and process solutions from concept to completion.
Provide analysis and support for project management, application development, and QA teams ?throughout the development lifecycle.
Assist/Author in the development of test plans.
Assist/Author in the development of training and/or technical documentation.
Act as liaison between the Technology department and other business units.
Communicate needed changes to development teams.
Assist with the prioritization of features in the development backlog.
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and process modeling.
Experience with full SDLC processes and are adaptable to different methodologies.
Strong listening, written and oral presentation skills.
Proven excellent documentation and writing skills.
Proven knowledge, understanding and practical application of Business, Process and System Analysis best/standard practices.
Ability to understand and apply product development and project management methodologies.
Ability to lead the User Experience specification; and assess usability and efficiency of operation.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business or related areas is preferred.
Up to 25% Travel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
