ASIC Design Team Technical Intern (Summer)

The Intern is an entry level member of our ASIC design team. You will work with an experienced team on cutting edge designs for SGI's newest computer systems. This person must have the people skills to work with a team in a rapidly changing environment, meeting the program objectives. This position can be focused on several computer engineering areas, including C+
model development, analysis of logic and simulation of pre-silicon designs. Job duties may include writing original code in C++, running simulation regressions and optimizing test codes.
BSCS/BSCE/BSEE or Junior or Senior level standing in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Education or Experience with C+
is required
Familiarity with Linux is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and communication
US Citizenship or Permanent Residency requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
