POSITION SUMMARY
The LP Delivery Associate is responsible for delivery of liquefied propane (LP) gas to Landmark customers, and regular routine maintenance.
Essential Functions:
1. Daily delivery of LP and monitoring of Landmark customer refined fuel tanks to homes, businesses and/or farms.
2. Performs routine maintenance and care of delivery unit to include daily filling of propane truck tank from the bulk plant.
3. Builds strong, positive relationships with the Landmark customer base (internal and external). Continually looks for opportunities to market and sell Landmark products and services to customers.
4. Maintains a current and accurate record of customer tanks and area residents.
Education Requirements:
Minimum HS Diploma or GED
CDL class A or B w/ clean driving record. Hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements required
Completed courses in propane safety, delivery and sales preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum two (2) years Bobtail or Straight Truck driving experience required
Previous bulk liquid experience preferred
Knowledge of guidelines and regulations for hauling propane products
Ability to maintain a professional appearance of self and Landmark vehicles
Basic computer skills required to operate delivery software
Ability to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditionsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
