Job
Responsibilities:
Assist clients (via telephone) with property tax and/or escrow related inquiries.
Assist new hires with questions through side-by-side coaching, floor walking, mentoring, etc.
Act as first level of escalation, as required, to address issues
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required
Advanced Customer Service Skills
Strong computer skills
Strong multi-tasking skills:
Proficient in navigating multiple systems simultaneously
Strong communication skills
Detailed knowledge of Client programs and SLAs
Two years of directly related experience
Mortgage, Tax, or Servicing experience preferred
Must be available to work Monday - Saturday from 11:00am - 8:00pm
