Job Details:

Provides supervisory responsibility for housekeeping activities and assists director/manager in department management. Supervises, coordinates and/or performs the administrative and clerical services required to directly support the daily operations of Environmental Services.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Associate's degree preferred.
3 years or more of Environmental Services supervisory experience preferred.
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment required.
Skills in conflict resolution required.
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Must have confident and effective oral and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to react calmly, objectively and effectively in emergency situations.
Must have excellent leadership and human relations skills required to lead and direct staff.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
