Seeking a strong interpersonal & professional with customer service skills. Able to be self directed with good time management. Exp with SW, PC, HW support and specialized installs - Windows 7 exp
REQUIRED :
2-3 years of experience in SCCM with excellent Windows 7 hands on exp.
Able to maintain SLA's, keep up with ticket/log system workload, and well organized.
Typical troubleshooting issues: slow pc, viruses, malware, reimage pc, recover data, load applications, use tools to fix issues.
Prior experiecne with SCCM Imaging & Reporting
Excellent communication skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
