Business Analyst

The Premier Client team is looking for a Business & Product Analyst who will be responsible for supporting client relationships across Inovalon's products and services by monitoring client deliverable status information. This person will serve as liaison with Product and Operations team to maintain process flows, track priorities, and develop and monitor, in collaboration with team members, action/escalation plans as needed.
Support client relationships across Inovalon's products and services by actively working with Premier Client Managers in the cultivation of client relationships by tracking and documentation project status information;
Monitor and track the production, review and delivery of product deliverables to clients;
Liaise with Product, Clinical, Operations and IT departments to monitor status of product operational tasks;
Perform R&D for product planning, report design, business process reengineering, and expansion of data analytics, product offerings, solution services, and operational processes;
Apply detailed quality checks to product reports and custom deliverables;
Develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise regarding Inovalon products utilized by Inovalon clients;
Assist in the resolution of client questions, concerns and service issues;
Participate in project planning activities, document and monitor project plans as assigned; and
Lead special projects as needed.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required;
Minimum three years related experience;
Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills; and
Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
