Chemistry Supervisor
Opus Scientific has a great opportunity for a Chemistry Supervisor at the largest laboratory of a well established company.
Responsibilities include:
Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in clinical Chemistry.
Responsible for all aspects of the department's performance and provide necessary leadership to personnel.
Properly staff and train all shifts for expected workload to meet goals.
Effectively manage overtime to a minimal level.
Respond promptly to client problem tracking entries.
Implement all required procedural and workflow changes in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
BS Degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 3-5 years clinical lab experience (automated clinical chemistry)
3 or more years of management experience
Good computer and organizational skills
Ability to work different shifts
