Required Skills
Vivint is looking for a motivated and experienced Workforce Manager to help manage and improve their internal scheduling department. As the Workforce Manager you would be responsible for managing the optimization of IEX software, improving existing procedures, growing the department, forecasting scheduling needs based off previous and current data, and reporting on the needs of the company. The ideal candidate has grown a workforce department in a high volume call-center environment. The ideal candidate also has a broad range of people management experience, coordinating with several departments.
IEX (or comparable) scheduling software
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Highly analytical and able to create reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis
Required Experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
