Summary: Teaches in assigned content and provides instructional and informational services for patients who attendMeadowsSchoolas part of their treatment program.
NON-ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
May be required to perform duties of lesser, equal or greater responsibility. Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proven ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
Flexibility in order to teach a changing population which encompasses many grades and academic areas.
Working knowledge of IDEA 97 and IEP procedures.
Expertise in models of behavior management.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Administration may deem appropriate and acceptable.
Qualifications:
Teaching Certification preferred (Vermont Certification must be acquired within two years in content area assigned).
Degree(s); Bachelor, Masters, or Ph.D. required in either the specific content area or Special Education.
If applying for specific Special Education position, Special Ed certification is required.
Classroom teaching experience with special needs students required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
