Summary: Responsible for providing clinical/case management services to patients and their families in order to promote the optimal individual, interpersonal and social functioning of the patient and assure reintegration in to the community or the environment most suited to the patient s continued well being.
NON-ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
May be required to perform duties of lesser, equal or greater responsibility. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Master s degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited graduateschoolofSocial Workor Master s degree in counseling or other behavioral health discipline.
2. Social Worker I should be license eligible in the state ofVermont.
3. For Social Worker I only, one to two years of inpatient social work experience preferred.
4. Possession of a valid driver s license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.
5. Must accept a flexible 40-hour workweek scheduled to meet the needs of patients and families within the guidelines of the bargaining agreement.
6. Some working knowledge of computer skills including MS Word.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
