Job Description:

Location: ROCHESTER, MI
This position reports to the Resident District Manager and is responsible for assisting with all phases of planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting for the entire Region's programs.
Control all operational expenditures to obtain maximum utilization of the account resources.
You will be responsible for assisting in managing the entire dining service operation and will handle the following:

Responsibilities:
Formulate budgets and plans for the operations.
Maintain and implement standards of quality in all areas of the foodservice operations.
Ensure compliance with all regional and account programs and policies.
Accountable for accurate reporting for the accounts.

Qualifications:
BS degree preferred.
Five years of foodservice management experience required.
Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required.
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service
experience is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
o Strong operational and financial knowledge
o Requires regular travel to multiple locations
o Good Marketing knowledge of Resident dining, Retail and Catering operations
o Must be a self -starter and trustworthy
o Detail Oriented
o Work Independently
o Strong interpersonal skills
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
o Interpret and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines
