Summary:
The Category Manager for Medical Supplies & Facilities will be a merchandising expert with extensive experience leading product expansion efforts. This role will require leading a highly skilled team of merchants to build out the most robust product assortment in the market, growing sales and improving profitability. Responsibilities will include developing new relationships, growing existing, negotiating with suppliers, development of pricing and promotional plans and demand generation strategies.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Rapidly expand product offering, including the identification of gaps, launching new items and lines and the development of relationships with new suppliers
Build strong relationships with existing suppliers to drive growth, secure best pricing and promotional support
Drive sales growth and profitability through effective partnership with cross channel merchandising, marketing, usability, operations, business intelligence and customer service
Utilize data to develop effective marketing, pricing and promotional strategies to increase incremental sales and profit dollars
Lead, mentor and develop at team of merchants
Basic:
Bachelors degree
6-8 years total experience in buying related functions (buying-merchandising, planning, Inventory management)
Preferred:
Expert in merchandising and marketing of technology products through eCommerce retail channels
Proven track record of advanced negotiation skills and relationship management
Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across an organization and with vendors
Strong business acumen; proficient in understanding analytics and other measurement tools required for targeted actions, plan modification and sustainable results

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
