Key Responsibilities include: Under supervision, cleans, polishes, and sanitizes gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activities rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc. to present the community in a positive and impressive manner for residents and guests
Cleans residents' apartments on a weekly basis or as needed Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
Ensuring that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times
Submitting work orders to the maintenance team as needed
Taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED
1 year of previous housekeeping/cleaning experience
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks
Flexibility with schedule; availability
Must enjoy working with the senior population
