Human Resources Reporting Analyst opportunity with a growing community bank. The Human Resources Reporting Analyst is responsible for all HR reporting for the Company including detailed monthly management reporting, performance measurement of business units, and the review and analysis of the Company's payroll data. The Human Resource Reporting Analyst should have excessive knowledge of HR and payroll practices, benefit programs and compliance associated with those programs. Candidate should have ability and experience in structuring an HRMIS database to meet business needs, well developed skills in exporting, analyzing and manipulating data reports from the Human Resources and payroll software. Proven ability and knowledge of payroll, accounting, and benefits software required. Knowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state legislation and regulations related to payroll and benefits. Strong analytical and data reporting skills with attention to detail and advanced Excel skills required. A Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of payroll and benefit administration experience, data modeling and reporting skills with HRMIS strongly preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
