We believe that our clients and their families deserve home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Our Information Technology Office located in Moorestown, NJ is currently seeking an Associate Director of Practice Technology Engagement for our Home Care Practice.
The Associate Director of Practice Technology Engagement is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing the information technology services that support a practice or business unit at BAYADA Home Health Care.
The three main priorities of the role are:
Improve current operational performance of the technology services
Govern and guide long-term investments in capabilities
Support and maintain the current suite of applications and systems used by a practice
Consulting and Collaboration
The role is the single point of contact for the practice leaders and Chief Operating Officer and, as an extension of the Chief Information Officer, is responsible for staying abreast of the major business drivers and strategies of the practice or business unit the role supports. The role owns the ongoing management of the practice technology roadmaps necessary for supporting the practice or business unit for a five to ten year horizon.
The role also works with business unit leadership to understand the business outcomes of the service, and with Architects, Custom Development, Operations, Information Services, and external service providers to understand the underlying technologies, their capabilities, and requirements.
Service Management Function
The role is accountable for designing, building, pricing, and enhancing the services, as well as service delivery and cost recovery.
The role works very closely with the senior management business leaders including the Practice Leaders and Operating Model staff to identify sources of business performance breakdown against key joint success measures. Conducts analysis in concert with Practice Operating Model leadership to identify and apply transformational information technology solutions.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Sets price for services based on an understanding of the benchmark service level and price for service in the industry.
Single point of engagement for demand planning and demand management conversations with business partners around their needs for a specific service.
Reviews business requests for service enhancements and undertakes cost evaluation, standards reviews, and prioritization.
Meets with architects to discuss impact of new technologies and the architecture roadmap.
Contributes service descriptions and service-level agreements (SLAs) for specific services to the organization's service catalog.
Interacts with technology brokers/vendor managers to identify and evaluate new technology products for their services.
Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA Home Health Care and The BAYADA Way.
Responsible for the development of a well-qualified subordinate staff to support the departments functions.
Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes.
Create, implement, and manage the yearly budgeting.
OTHER
Responsibilities:
Experience leading large scale initiatives and projects.
Ability to communicate and build relationships outside IT.
Experienced in challenging, convincing, and managing the various stakeholders involved.
Experienced in IT service pricing, business case development, and account management
Competent in ITIL strategy formulation and service architecture
Ability to perform market and competitor analysis and business domain analysis
Working knowledge of effective vendor management and IT continuity management.

2. Four (4) year college degree. Graduate degree preferred.
3. Five (5) to seven (7)
years managerial experience.
4. Lead the team's performance.
5. Experience supervising employees at various levels.

7. Possess problem solving ability, leadership skills and be able to foster interpersonal relationships.
8. Must have the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the groups of employees, managers, directors and clients.
9. Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
10. Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
11. Wonderlic score greater than or equal to twenty-four (24).
12. Acceptable results on Profile XT.
13. Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
