Exercise Scenario Developer

Develop airlift exercise scenarios to train Mobility Air Forces participating in Green Flag Little Rock and the Joint Readiness Training Center (GFLR/JRTC) exercises at Little Rock AFB, AR and Fort Polk, LA. Integrate with US Army JRTC scenario developers to incorporate USAF training events and objectives into the master exercise scenario.
Synergize USA and USAF operations to provide a realistic order of battle, melding airlift, airdrop and threat scenarios to accomplish joint training mission objectives.
This temporary position is funded for only ten months per year. The position includes occasional 12 hour
shift work during GFLR exercises to include weekends to perform mission planning cell Observer/Coach Trainer (O/CT) duties.
Required Skills and Education
Required education: Bachelor Degree or four additional years of Mobility Air Force (MAF) intelligence or tactical aircrew experience in lieu of a degree. Must have experience participating in tactical airlift operations as a primary crew member or an intelligence analyst assigned to a USAF tactical airlift unit.
Must have experience in working in a MAF Mission Planning Cell.
Candidate must have a current security clearance.
Preferred Skills and Education
FLAG-level exercise experience desired.
Prefer proficiency in using the Computer Flight Planning System, Falconview, Microsoft Office, and Google Earth.
Prefer Weapons School Graduate.
Prefer deployed experience in the Air Mobility Division.
Prefer MAF Intelligence Flight Training Unit and Advanced Airlift Tactics Training Course graduate.
