Essential Functions:
Review and research aged credit memos and unapplied cash on accounts
Work with customers to resolve outstanding credits and invoices
Complete billing & payment reconciliations
Process refund requests
Key lockbox payments as needed
Bachelors or Associates degree in Finance or Accounting
Strong customer service
Excellent computer skills
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organization skills
Ability to prioritize and manage workflow (multi-task)
Analytical skills, a high attention to detail
Initiative and good judgment
Past collections experience a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
