Support sound systems engineering practices in all areas of mission support.
Establish a process for making recommendations.
Identify opportunities for improvement of O&M; processes
Create performance management dashboard to measure individual O&M; team members performance
Produce SLA reports
Aid in the development of systematic and repeatable process
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
ITIL Certification
Systems Engineering experience
Experience in identifying, establishing and recommending process improvements
Requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
