In this role you will be responsible for providing leadership and vision to direct the production, maintenance, process engineering, and shipping/receiving areas of our manufacturing facility. Your primary objective is to supply customers with the product and services they require while operating within a defined budget to meet the company goals and objectives.
BS degree in a technical discipline
8-10 years of demonstrated progressive manufacturing management experience.
History and passion for meeting performance targets and achieving results.
Manufacturing ERP experience
Demonstrated understanding and abilities in employee relations, safety, quality, ISO concepts and LEAN manufacturing processes.
The performance impact of this role will be measured by one's ability to provide team leadership, support and sponsorship for corporate culture and practices, understanding the organization's mission and functions; develops cooperative working relationship with others; designs and communicates goals to maximize performance.
