Serve as the front-line contact person for all incoming patients.
Greet, register, schedule and provide general information to patients and/or their families.
Ensures that insurance information is verified, co-pays are collected, and that patient charts are prepared in advance.
At all times ensures a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and care in accordance with the Patient's Bill of Rights.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
All incumbents must satisfactorily complete a Cooper IDX training program to include: Registration, Scheduling, E-Commerce and FSCEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
