QUALIFICATIONS
The Vice President for Performance, Policy and Research is responsible to lead the organization's continuous and ongoing effort to improve the quality of services provided by MercyFirst. The goal is to achieve measurable improvements in the effectiveness, performance, outcomes, and other indicators of quality in our programs and services throughout the agency.Master-s Degree in a related field is required as well as a minimum of 10 years- experience managing Quality Improvement and Compliance Programs in human services, preferably child welfare, juvenile justice and mental health programs.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
