The Clinical Corporate Trainer is responsible for design, delivery and reporting of MRR Quality Operations Training products and deliverables.
Develop and execute Inovalon's MRR Quality training program deliverables;
Ownership of the entire learning process, and its environment. Ensure that each training session meets the desired objectives and is measured and evaluated;
Lead process for conducting evaluation of training activities;
Develop, organize and deliver testing appropriate for each training session and ensure the testing measures readiness of Inovalon's clinical staff to perform reviews to the specifications of each clinical and/or nonclinical project;
Establish procedures for maintaining high standards of quality and reliability;
Develop and evaluate improved techniques for the control and ongoing monitoring of quality and reliability of all training, re-training and testing programs;
Ensure compliance with contractual, local, state and national quality and testing standards;
Maintain oversight of the attendance and successful completion of all training sessions for applicable review staff;
Make recommendations for process and technical changes, and document changes to custom review training materials;
Maintain open lines of communication with Director(s) of Quality and other designate as appropriate regarding on-going delivery and quality of training programs;
Provide weekly feedback to MRR Quality and MRR Operations management teams regarding the successful completion of training programs of the in-house and field review staff;
Maintain compliance with Inovalon policies, procedures and mission statement;
Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the scope of work; and
Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.
Current Certified Coding Credential with at least 5 years clinical experience;
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent clinical coding and training education and/or professional experience;
3 years work experience in training development and delivery;
Ability to manage and meet deadlines;
Expertise in development and delivery of written and verbal communications;
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerPoint;
Training experience using Webinar or WebEx preferred;
Detail oriented to efficient execution clinical education product; and
Strong organizational skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
