Job Description
Responsible for managing people, hiring, firing, performance reviews, compensation and determining promotions in a real-time financial transaction switching environment. Responsible for the execution of software testing and production support intended to meet enterprise wide business strategies. Provide guidance, planning and direction to business unit(s), maintain budgets and proactively allocate resources against approved projects. Interpret the IT strategy and aligns resources/people to meet goals. Perform additional job duties as required.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Responsible for managing staff, maintaining forecasts, interpreting business requirements and documenting processes in real-time financial switching environment. Responsible for testing and support of software solutions to a complex 24x7 environment. Work with peers, management and other colleagues to identify improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
8
years of related technical and business experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications.
Experience: managing people/testers, software development life cycles, real-time transaction processing, UNIX systems, C/C+
programming languages, KSH scripting, TCP/IP communications.
Preferred Qualifications 8
years of related technical and business experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications.
