Job Description
Bozzuto Management Company is seeking a customer focused concierge professional to deliver superior customer service to the property residents of our apartment communities, providing them courteous respect and attention for their needs. Special attention and consideration is provided for a superior customer experience.
The Multi-Site Resident Concierge is a key member of the property management team and provides superior customer service, possesses detailed knowledge of company policy and procedures, and performs essential functions as related to the maintenance and accessibility of the building.
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate an awareness of personal strengths, areas for improvement and act independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge.
EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
o Manage and monitor the day to day operations of the front desk.
o Ability to work all shifts.
o Ability to work in multiple buildings.
o Communicate assignments and priorities to team members.
Required Experience
Exceptional customer service and follow-through skills
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to travel frequently within a limited geographic location
Weekend hours required
Reliable transportation required
